Event Type – Tour de Bloom  is a USA Cycling Category B event sanctioned under Permit # 2022-Pending

Individual General Classification – GC will be determine by the cumulative time minus all time bonus plus any penalties incurred

Team GC – TBD

Rider Sign In – Sign in is required for all stage except the Malaga Time Trial and will be at the stage start area

Number Placement –  Each rider will be given Two (2) bib number, is must be visible at all time when the rider is on the race course. Please see stage details for number placement.

Time Bonuses – Time bonuses will be awarded on Stage 2, Stage 3, and Stage 4.

• 1st Place – 10 Seconds
• 2nd Place – 6 Seconds
• 3rd Place – 4 seconds

Protected Enclosure – TBD 

Junior Riders – Gear restriction are in place for all Junior riders racing, roll-out will be at the finish line of each stage and must be preformed by officials or rider may be disqualified 

Mishaps in Final 3 Km – This will apply only to Stage 3 & Stage 4, the rule is not in effect on Stage 2

Penalties/Rules – All USA Cycling rules apply and the Race Technical Guide will be the final ruling if required

Results – Results will be posted online at Yourresults.live as soon as possible, no printed results will be posted on site

Result Protest – Protest must file with the Chief Referee within the following time line

• Placing – no later than closing of sign in for the next stage
• Incident – no later than one hour after the finish of the stage
• Finial Results – no later than 30 min after online posting

Leader Jersey – Will be available as soon as possible as soon as preliminary results are postedAlgma
